Our dedicated team combined with our experienced service partners can supply and / or manage a bespoke risk / compliance monitoring system that can integrate you with our concise network database. From this terminal, you can monitor  a range of important information that includes:
Personnel profiles that include, a passport style photo, contact information, copies of recent CRB or security vetting certificates, work history and even the opportunity to log reviews, assessments, progress and development plans.
Licence details, entitlements, endorsements and expiration dates with a viewable onscreen pdf copy which is checked and updated periodically. (This is soon to be directly linked with DVLA and VOSA which will then reduce time spent reviewing and monitoring such data)
Relevant Insurance details that consist of, commencement /expiration dates and level of commercial cover. A viewable on-screen pdf is also available and will also be subject to regular reviews.
We provide you with the ability to track and report in ‘real-time’, any submitted personnel’s current location and even a history of routes, events and rest periods etc.
You are able to contact the candidate directly using our network I.M. This is especially beneficial to those utilizing our HGV agency drivers and our parcel delivery contractors.
